Here is the link to the Report itself and the event

“The launch event was opened by Mathias Cormann, Secretary General of the OECD, and featured a high-level panel session. The third edition of the Outlook monitors progress of OECD members’ and the European Union’s regulatory making processes towards achieving the shared ambitions in the OECD 2012 Recommendation on Regulatory Policy and Governance. It also incorporates and highlights the globally unique indicators of the Regulatory Policy and Governance (iREG) survey.”
